(17) Any plans to expand across Africa and the world?

Ans: YES

(18) What is the greatest thing about working in the music industry? And what would you change if you had the opportunity?

Ans: The Music Industry rewards creativity through personal fulfillment and socio-economic rewards.

If I had the opportunity, I would ensure every artiste gets paid every time his/her song is played on every radio/TV station; and that every stakeholder’s capacity is maximized, and rewarded accordingly, in the area of their specialized skills – from the recording studio engineer and producer; to the publicist, promoters and retail distributors.

(19) Throughout your career so far, what’s the best advice that someone has given you? And what advice would you give to fellow Upcoming artists?

Ans: Music Promotion tends to be more important than the production. Save enough physical and economic effort for this!

(20) What do you think about what the “Alaba Hits” company is doing for all the upcoming artists, promoting their music?

Ans: This is a very laudable move. It is EXTREMELY ENCOURAGING and is indeed a means to assess the motives for being in the industry
